The role
As a Network Engineer at FiberUnlimited, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge network solutions that leverage Polymer Optical Fiber (POF) technology. In this role, you’ll ensure the seamless integration of our innovative network products with cloud-based management systems while collaborating with internal teams and international partners to bring next-generation networking features to market.
The key responsibilities
- Design and manage the architecture and topology of the network solutions;
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize network systems to ensure high performance and reliability;
- Collaborate with international partners in Germany, Israel and Taiwan, and with software partners in the Netherlands and overseas, to develop and implement new networking features and products;
- Conduct testing and experimentation on networking products and topologies, gathering insights to drive continuous improvements;
- Support the Product Development team by providing in-depth knowledge of network technologies and ensuring successful integration with hardware and software solutions.
Your profile
- Curious and collaborative, eager to work effectively within the team;

- Independent and proactive, able to perform well under pressure while being a strong team player;
- Innovative and motivated to explore and improve new products and technologies;
Your competencies
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Electronics, or related field;
- 5+ years as a Network Engineer;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Extensive experience in network design, configuration, troubleshooting, and management;
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols (OSI Layer 3);
- Basic understanding of IEEE 802.1 networking (OSI Layer 2);
- Experience with network tools such as Wireshark, SNMP analysis, etc.;
- Experience with Wi-Fi modeling and/or IP camera systems is a plus;
- Certification in Cisco Meraki, HP Aruba, and/or Fortinet is a plus.
